Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of nutrition services:
- No refunds are provided once a consultation or program has started
- If a payment is made by mistake, refund requests must be raised within 24 hours
Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
